In less than 2 years, our parent engagement across all our partner schools has gone up by 75%.

Through our community outreach work, we’ve seen greater participation at Parent-Teacher meetings(PTMs)

Parents are also more aware on the role they play in making the School Management Committee(SMC) more effective.

By making them an integral part of the school’s growth, parents are now taking an active interest in supporting their child’s learning journey.

Kanchan Madam has been a government school teacher for nearly 25 years. Her big challenge has been to cater to every child’s learning needs in her classroom.

At first, she was skeptical of the pedagogy tools suggested by our teachers. But she soon realised the value of differentiated teaching strategies and started using them actively in her classroom.   

Kanchan Madam is now able to focus on every child’s growth, through facilitative and activity based teaching techniques. 

She now leads her instructional time with more rigour and energy, and regularly plans innovative activities for her students to learn more joyfully. 

She realises that her teachers need in-school support for planning and pedagogy, and works closely with the SEF team to coach them.

Anita Madam leads our morning huddles, a practice that motivates the school staff to share their learnings and work together as a team.

Her favourite part of being a school leader is the time she spends with her students, whether it’s inside or outside of the classroom.
