Udaan is a teacher professional development program designed to reinvent teacher training in Delhi. The program launched in 2021 in partnership with the State Centre for Education Research and Training (SCERT), with the objective of transforming traditional teacher training structures and building capacity in all Government school teachers to lead holistic classroom experiences. Through this program, we will ensure that each and every teacher in Delhi receives individualised support through modules, workshops and on-ground coaching. This program we aim to:
  1. Strengthening instructional leadership 
  2.  Ensuring holistic and professional development for educators 
  3. Building strong classroom leadership and culture
  4. Improve teacher-learning practices to ensure high-quality learning outcomes in Government schools.
